Our tungsten carbide cold heading dies has good impact toughness, fracture toughness, fatigue strength, flexural strength, and good wear resistance under strong impact wear working conditions.


Cold forging tools are designed to sustain high and repeated stress. Tungsten carbide material makes the use of cold-heading technology possible for mass production of high-volume parts like screws, bolts, and rivets. 1. WC grain size is medium to coarse size, cobalt content proportion is very important.

2. Advanced equipments of HIP with low pressure sintering.
3. HIP sintering makes carbide dies with better density and strength.
4. Special powder pressing technology with HIP sintering, reducing the porosity, greatly improved the carbide dies density and properties.
